Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract A part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available to provide school-based therapy services for grades 5 through 12 in a K-12 school in Millsboro, Delaware. This role focuses on supporting middle and high school students by addressing their fine and gross motor skills in an educational setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations independently Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor and gross motor skill development Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support student progress and participation Provide hands-on, onsite therapy services during the school day to eligible students Monitor and document student progress following school policies and regulations Qualifications: Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Active Delaware Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred Ability to independently complete evaluations (COTA candidates will not be considered) Strong skills in fine motor and gross motor therapies within healthcare or educational environments Location: This position requires onsite work in Millsboro, Delaware, with virtual candidates considered only as a last resort.
