**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Perform Customized Massage Therapy Sessions:** Use a range of techniques to tailor each session to the individual needs and preferences of clients, ensuring optimal relaxation and therapeutic benefit.
- **Client Assessment:** Conduct thorough initial consultations to understand clients health histories, concerns, and objectives for massage therapy. Modify techniques based on client feedback and assessments to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- **Maintain Treatment Records:** Keep accurate and detailed records of each session, including techniques used and clients' progress, to facilitate high-quality follow-up care.
- **Promote Wellness:** Educate clients about benefits of massage therapy and suggest additional wellness practices or frequency of sessions to help achieve their health goals.
- **Collaborate with Team Members:** Work in conjunction with other wellness professionals within ALDANI INC to provide a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
- **Ensure Cleanliness and Hygiene:** Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the treatment space, adhering to all organizational and state regulations.
- **Stay Informed on Industry Trends:** Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest techniques and innovations in massage therapy.
**Qualifications:**
- **Certification and Licensure:** Must hold a valid massage therapy certification and have an active state license to practice massage therapy.
- **Experience:** Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued. Expertise in various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and others is preferred.
- **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong communication and empathetic listening skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to the role, ensuring comfort and safety for both therapist and clients.
- **Professionalism:** Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and attire in alignment with ALDANI INCs standards.
