SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for the direction and administration of assigned department(s). Manages and directs the day-to-day operation for assigned department(s). Accountable for implementation and administration of budget, quality improvement initiatives and human resources initiatives. Maintains expert knowledge of area(s) of responsibility.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Bachelors degree required.
• Seven (7) years of related experience required.
• Five (5) years of management experience required.
• Must be a licensed RRT in the state of Pennsylvania.
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Master's Degree preferred.
