Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Ware, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Ware, Massachusetts. This is a rewarding opportunity to help K12 students improve their communication abilities and achieve academic and social success through individualized speech and language services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess student strengths and needs

  • Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings

  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student development

  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of evaluations, services, and progress reports

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of measurable and functional goals

  • Support integration of communication strategies within the classroom environment

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

  • Active Massachusetts state license in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply

  • Previous school-based experience is preferred

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
