Occupational Therapist School Setting in Republic, MO

A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available providing specialized support to students across multiple PreK-12 schools in Republic, MO. This opportunity is a contract leave assignment running from August 11 to December 17, serving a caseload of approximately 30 to 40 students. The role involves delivering direct therapeutic services, completing evaluations, and managing related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy intervention tailored to student needs.
• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with support staff, including para-professionals and other school personnel.
• Maintain accurate and timely paperwork in compliance with district requirements.
• Support students across multiple school settings within the district.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 30-40 students effectively.
• Expertise in conducting evaluations and writing detailed reports.
• Skill in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams within schools.

Republic, Missouri (Onsite position requiring presence at multiple schools within the district)
