Job Description
Help patients get well and regain their physical abilities.
Assess patient needs and develop their recovery plans.
Deliver physical therapy to patients.
Address the whole patient and see them as individuals.
Design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
Adapt to the needs of the patient and find joy in the variety of work and settings.
Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Teach patients and caregivers the skills necessary to promote independence and productivity.
Qualifications:
A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
A Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
If the Physical Therapy degree was earned outside of the U.S., it must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent of a degree in Physical Therapy.
