What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Neuro Physiotherapist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with neurological impairments. In this role, you will:

* Perform comprehensive patient assessments

* Create and implement personalised care plans

* Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

* Maintain accurate patient records

You'll work with a diverse range of conditions including Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Huntington's Disease , and Acquired Brain Injuries , across both clinic and community settings in West Kent.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A current and valid HCPC registration

* Experience working with neurological conditions in adults

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

* A full UK driving licence and access to a car

* A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This flexible position requires availability from Monday to Friday , with part-time hours also considered. The contract is ongoing , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
