About Us

Miller Medical Massage is a patient-centered, healthcare-integrated massage clinic known for high-quality care, collaborative treatment, and true advocacy. We believe massage therapy is an essential part of healthcare and were leading that movement in Tucson.

Our office is home to licensed massage therapists, a psychologist, and a strength & conditioning coach. We work closely with referring physicians and support our patients through injury recovery, pain management, chronic conditions, and stress relief. Every treatment is rooted in compassion, clinical integrity, and results.

We dont hire often when we do, its because weve found the right person.

What Youll Do

- Perform 60- and 90-minute massage sessions (all new patients start with 90 minutes)
- Provide both clinical and relaxation-based care
- Collaborate with patients to set goals and track progress
- Maintain SOAP notes (templates and training provided)
- Support patients with scheduling, check-out, and payment
- Participate in shared clinic upkeep (cleaning, laundry, watering plants, etc.)
- Youll also help create a welcoming environment where patients feel safe, respected, and heard and where your smile, warmth, and
professionalism make a difference.

Schedule & Start Expectations

- Preferably 45 days/week
- Our greatest need is weekday afternoons and weekends
- Start with a gradual onboarding schedule (fully paid)
- Minimum 1-year commitment requested

Who You Are

- AZ-licensed massage therapist with liability insurance
- Fingerprint clearance card, NPI number, and CAQH Profile/Provider ID (or willing to obtain)
- A positive, reliable teammate with emotional intelligence
- Attention to detail
- Willing to learn our systems and support your fellow staff
- Spanish (or other second language) a plus
- Specialty skills like MLD, trigger point therapy, cupping and/or scraping, medical massage certificates/training, experience working in a healthcare office/setting, also a plus
- Willingness to fully complete medical massage courses for certificate
- Have at least 1 year of experience, ideally 3+ years

Compensation & Benefits

- $35/hour massage + $15/hour admin time
- Paid 30 minutes before/after each shift + 30 minutes between each patient

Schedule:

- Expected massage hours: 15 25 per week
- Weekday afternoon/evening shifts are required. We have a few options for schedules. These can include variations of:
- Monday to Friday: 3pm-8pm
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; 3pm-8pm and and Saturday 8-9am-230pm
- One weekend day per month
- Every weekend
- Weekends only
- Weekends as needed
- Open to discussing options

** Must arrive 30 minutes before shift (paid) and be able to stay 30 mins after shift (paid)

Supplemental Pay:
