Work Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience, with preference for home health settings. Home care visits and mileage tracking expected
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, insurance-able to drive to patient homes. Mileage reimbursement generally provided. Education:
DPT or CAPTE-accredited PT degree. License:
Active MN PT license Certifications:
BLS/CPR certification
