Job Description- Tailor Individualized Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and design personalized treatment strategies to help them reach their functional objectives.
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
- Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide a holistic approach to care.
- Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families on therapeutic practices to support continued progress outside of clinical settings.
- Track and Evaluate Patient Progress: Record clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary, keeping patients on their path to recovery.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Support for ongoing education and postgraduate certifications.
- Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary.
