Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist certified in schools (SLP-CCC, SLP-School) to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This position offers a contract role during the normal school year, providing impactful therapy services in a K-12 educational setting. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals. Deliver direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to meet student needs. Consult with educators and families to promote effective communication strategies. Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all school policies and regulatory requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) and certification to practice in school settings. Experience working with diverse student populations across K-12 grade levels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
