Serving students aged 5 to 21, this position offers a dynamic caseload of approximately 55 students per SLP, providing comprehensive speech and language support throughout the school year. Position Details: Location: Fremont, CA Schedule: 37.5 hours per week Contract Duration: August 11, 2025, to June 5, 2026 Setting: K-12 public school Caseload: Approximately 55 students per clinician Student Population: Ages 5 to 21 years Service Delivery: In-person only (teletherapy not available) Assistant Candidates: Not accepted; must be licensed SLP Preferred Qualifications: Valid SLP license with CCC certification Experience in pediatric healthcare or school-based speech-language pathology Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of developmental speech and language disorders Ability to manage a large caseload with diverse needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational staff Primary Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services tailored to student goals Document progress and maintain thorough records Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success This role offers a rewarding chance to impact student communication skills within a structured school environment.
