Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services tailored to individual student needs across grades K-12. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Conduct assessments to identify students' abilities, challenges, and areas for improvement. Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and regulations. Participate in team meetings to coordinate services and share student progress. Desired Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist license and credentials. Experience working with school-aged children in occupational therapy settings. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel. Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
