Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time, contract speech-language pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in a K-12 setting located in Broken Arrow, OK. This role is onsite and spans from August 13, 2025, to May 22, 2026, requiring 35 hours per week. This position involves serving as the teacher of record for 27 students while providing speech and language therapy for a caseload of 52 students. The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) and possess a valid school-based SLP credential. Experience with hearing and vision screenings is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population Maintain teacher of record responsibilities for assigned students, ensuring compliance with educational standards and documentation requirements Conduct hearing and vision screenings as part of student assessments Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Participate in team meetings and communicate student progress effectively Qualifications and Experience: SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Valid school-based SLP licensure or certification Proven ability to manage a sizeable caseload with documentation and instructional responsibilities Familiarity with conducting hearing and vision screenings within a school environment Strong communication and organizational skills This onsite role is ideal for professionals committed to supporting student communication development in a structured K-12 setting.
