Job Description: Full-Time Pediatric Clinic Director (Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist) Little Steps/ Ivy Rehab for Kids - Outpatient Pediatrics Who is Ivy Rehab? Position Overview: As a Clinic Director at one of our Kids Clinics, you will have the opportunity to lead an amazing team of pediatric clinicians while you work with a wide variety of children ranging in age from birth through 21 years. Treatment is individualized to each patient, as sessions are one-to-one, allowing you to be flexible with their plan of care. We encourage you to invite parents and caregivers into sessions, so that they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Our clinics are comprised of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. This allows you the opportunity to work together to drive patient success. This can include co-treatment when it is clinically appropriate.
