Job Description- Design Tailored Treatment Strategies: Assess patients' needs and formulate personalized therapy plans to help them accomplish their functional objectives
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques to ensure continued progress at home
- Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor clinical developments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to keep patients moving forward
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from a nationally accredited institution
- Encouragement and support for ongoing education and professional certifications
- Valid and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
- A strong commitment to helping others achieve their fullest potential for independence
