School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

This role provides specialized speech and language services within an educational setting, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and other communication disorders Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide recommendations as needed Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Certification/licensure as an SLP in a school setting Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of current speech-language pathology best practices and educational laws Location: Duluth, GA This contract role offers the opportunity to positively impact student communication development within an educational environment.
