Job Responsibilities- Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients needs and create tailored strategies to support their journey towards functional independence.
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical providers, and nursing staff to deliver holistic care that meets all aspects of patient needs.
- Guide Patients and Families: Provide education on therapeutic practices to ensure continual progress and support at home.
- Track and Adapt Treatment Progress: Monitor outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, keeping patients aligned with their goals.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Encouragement for ongoing education and post-graduation certifications
- Current, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
