CULTA is currently looking for our next Remediation Specialist to join our dedicated Post Harvest team in Cambridge, MD! Remediation Specialists are responsible for the daily use, sanitization, and preventative maintenance of remediation equipment dedicated to Indoor, Outdoor and Headhouse production. This position supports Post Harvest leadership, and reports directly to Outdoor Post Harvest Manager. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures equipment and workspace is clean and sanitized at start of day, between runs, and end of day. Maintains daily production and maintenance logs, reports information to the Outdoor Post Harvest Manager. Responsible for drawing pre and post remediation samples for internal data collection. Captures all start weight and end weight of source package, pre and post remediation. Identifies problems as they present themselves and work through solutions with Outdoor Post Harvest and/or manufacturer. Works cohesively with various departments and provides operational support when deemed necessary and approved by management. Maintains an attitude and philosophy consistent with the company's standards. Adheres to the daily remediation schedule to ensure efficiency goals are achieved. Ensures that all work activities are performed with attention to the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance with focus on continuous improvement and biosecurity. May need to work overtime or on weekends. Keeps in constant communication with Packaging Supervisor on all department happenings.
