A Speech Language Pathologist opportunity is available in the Olympia, WA area serving an elementary school setting. This contract position spans the full school year (NSY) and offers an engaging role working with a caseload of 55-60 students. The role requires delivering high-quality speech-language therapy services tailored for pediatric clients, including those in healthcare and teletherapy settings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
  • Experience providing pediatric speech-language therapy
  • Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery
  • Accepting candidates who have completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience supporting an elementary school-aged caseload

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapy for elementary-aged students
  • Serve a caseload of approximately 55-60 students, managing therapy schedules and documentation efficiently
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to optimize student communication outcomes
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to provide remote therapy sessions
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and district policies

Position Details:

  • Location: Olympia, WA
  • Hours: 35 hours per week, 5 days a week
  • Contract Type: School year (NSY) contract
