Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Uhland, TX

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Uhland, Texas. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping K12 students strengthen their communication skills and achieve academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess student needs

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results

• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations on goals and services

• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines

• Offer consultative support to educators to incorporate communication strategies within the classroom

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply

• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
