Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated and qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Caney, Texas. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping K12 students enhance their physical abilities, mobility, and overall functional independence to support their academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess student needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students aimed at improving mobility, strength, and function

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional recommendations on therapy goals and services

• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

• Provide consultative support to educators to promote physical health and accessibility within the classroom

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
