Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Body Aware Massage is a therapist-owned holistic spa offering both wellness and medical massage in a supportive, collaborative environment. Were a busy, well-established practice with a steady clienteleand were looking for skilled Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team!

Were seeking an LMT with availability for evenings and Sunday shifts. Please list your availability in your cover letter.

What We Offer:

-A steady flow of clients
-Encouragement to focus on your preferred modalities
-Pay range: 50%60% commission + tips DOE
-Average earnings: $80+ per hour (with tips included)
-W2 employee or 1099 contractor options
-Training in medical massage and insurance credentialing available (Preference for applicants already credentialed)

What Were Looking For:

-Strong deep tissue skills (required)
-Oregon massage license (current)
-Liability insurance (current)
-2+ years of hands-on experience preferred
-Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work
-Professional, reliable, and punctual
-Timely SOAP note documentation
-Basic computer skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
