• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure a holistic approach to care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families about therapy techniques that support ongoing recovery at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment to keep patients on track

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education or postgraduate certifications encouraged and supported

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
