Job Responsibilities
  • Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients needs and establish personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional aspirations

  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee a comprehensive approach to care
  • Educate Patients and Families: Train patients and their families in therapy techniques for continued progress at home
  • Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical developments and make necessary changes to treatment plans to keep patients on track towards their goals
Education Requirements
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
  • Continuing education and post-graduate certifications actively encouraged and supported
Licenses and Certifications
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • NBCOT certification required
