Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Shreveport, LA. Qualified applicants have a degree in Speech Language Pathology and Louisiana state SLPA licensure. Employment Type: 2025-2026 school year
Full time hours: 35-40 hours per week
K-12th grade caseloads available
Onsite supervision provided
Responsibilities: Work under the supervision and direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individualized therapy sessions to clients of all ages.
Implement treatment plans and exercises designed by the Speech-Language Pathologist to target speech, language, communication, and swallowing goals.
Document progress, observations, and notes for each session in a clear and organized manner.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including other therapists, educators, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
Qualifications: LA licensure required
Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
