Job Summary

Evaluates patient s psychotherapeutic needs and provides psychotherapy for outpatient populations as indicated,

Essential Job Functions

Provides effective individual, family group psychotherapy as indicated,

Identifies realistic goals for psychotherapy,

Attends program development and case conferences as indicated for patients treated or evaluated,

Provides in services to staff and community agencies as requested by Supervisor,

Disseminates findings accurately and sensitively, according to Department policy,

Provides supervision to staff, fellows, interns and externs as indicated,

Provides effective team consultation as needed,

Meets minimum annual expected volumes

Formal Education and Job Related Experience

Masters Degree with at least 1 years experience,

Tact, initiative and judgment in performance of duties,

Certification

American Heart Association BLS Provider Certification required,

License

Licensed clinical mental health provider LCSW, LPC, LMFT
