Job Overview:

Administers qualitative diagnostic, habilitative, and rehabilitative services related to communication/hearing disorders for inpatients and outpatients of all ages.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Doctoral degree in Audiology
  • Minimum one year of experience

Certifications and Licenses Required :

  • New Jersey state licensure in Audiology
  • New jersey state licensure in hearing aide dispensing

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Day shift
  • Part Time

Essential Functions:

  • Assists in updating diagnostic and/or therapeutic materials and supplies
  • Attends inservice/lectures on subjects related to hearing and communication
  • Provides counseling to patients and/or their families with regard to the diagnostic findings, the therapeutic program or further referral
