PT Duties:

• Conduct evaluations to assess K12 students gross motor, mobility, and physical development needs

• Develop and implement IEPs

• Monitor student progress and adjust IEP goals as needed

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student access and participation in school activities

Schedule:

• Full-time, 36.25 hours per week

• Schedule follows district's 25-26 calendar

PT Qualifications:

• Valid New York Physical Therapy License required

• Pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred
