Start Date: August 11, 2025 About the Opportunity: We are seeking a qualified and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position serving students in the general education and mild/moderate special education population . This is a school-based role for the 2025-2026 school year in Sacramento, CA , with a manageable caseload and strong team support. Position Details: Start Date: August 11, 2025 Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday Caseload: Approximately 50 students Service Type: Combination of direct therapy and consultation services Student Population: General education and mild/moderate needs Setting: K-12 public school environment Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to support student participation in school activities Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote functional outcomes in the classroom Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings and evaluations as part of a collaborative team Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress Requirements: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current California OT license (required) Experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload and support students in both direct and consultative roles Compensation for this position ranges from $43.86 to $63.86.
