Competitive Salary: $105,000 - $118,000, based on experience and bilingual skills (Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin).

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct physical therapy treatment to adult home care patients.

Collaborate with Rehab management to coordinate and implement individualized plans of care.

Maintain timely, accurate documentation and comply with agency, state, and federal policies.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.

Experience: At least one year of therapy treatment in a healthcare setting. Home care experience is highly preferred.

Licensure: Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin is a plus!
