SLP Job - must have C's
LOCATION: Elba, AL

CLIENT: Tara Therapy SETTING: SNF START DATE: ASAP but open to start dates 1-2 months out GUARANTEE: 37-40 hours guaranteed (would prefer 37-38 but open to negotiating for right person) ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13-26 weeks REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: SNF experience preferred but not always required
Must have C's STAFF: There is 1-2 FT PTs on staff + another experienced PTA + Clinical Director EMR: Casamba CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: 80-85% productivity SCHEDULE: M-F times may vary, can discuss on interview
