We're seeking a passionate professional to provide comprehensive speech and language services through our cutting-edge teletherapy platform, delivering personalized intervention strategies that maximize student potential from the comfort of your home office. Position Overview This full-time remote position offers 37.5 hours per week, serving a dynamic caseload of 45-55 students across elementary through high school grade levels. You'll conduct virtual assessments, provide individualized therapy sessions, and collaborate with educational teams to ensure every student receives the communication support they need to succeed academically and socially. Core Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using virtual assessment protocols
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
Provide engaging virtual therapy sessions utilizing interactive digital tools and evidence-based techniques
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support carryover of communication skills
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning and goal development
Monitor student progress through data collection and adjust intervention strategies accordingly
Maintain detailed documentation and case records in compliance with state and federal regulations
Provide consultation services to classroom teachers for communication-rich learning environments
Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active Michigan speech-language pathology license
Minimum 2 years of experience providing speech therapy services in school settings
Strong background in pediatric communication disorders and evidence-based intervention techniques
Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with students and families
Proficiency with technology platforms for remote assessment and treatment
Technical Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless virtual therapy sessions
Professional-grade computer with webcam and quality audio equipment
Access to quiet, private workspace for confidential student sessions
Familiarity with virtual therapy software and digital assessment tools
Comfort with screen sharing, interactive games, and virtual manipulatives
Preferred Experience Specialization in autism spectrum disorders, apraxia, or augmentative communication
Background in serving diverse student populations with varying communication needs
Experience with virtual IEP processes and remote special education service delivery
Training in specialized therapy techniques adapted for online environments
Bilingual capabilities to serve English language learners
