The position runs from July 22, 2025, through May 29, 2026, providing consistent hours and an engaging caseload. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Manage a caseload of 40-55 students, delivering both direct and indirect therapy. Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop customized intervention plans. Maintain compliance with documentation standards and school policies. Participate in ongoing professional development and credentialing processes. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in home health, healthcare, and school settings. Proven ability to manage a sizeable caseload effectively within a school environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills tailored to a K-12 population. Familiarity with pediatric populations across a wide age range (prek-12th grade). Commitment to student-centered therapy and individualized care. Schedule and Location: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. 7.5 hours per day with guaranteed weekly hours. Location: Monument, New Mexico.
