Speech-Language Pathologist PRN Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations of residents' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities. Identify communication and swallowing disorders and barriers. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide interventions for speech, language, voice, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing difficulties. Support residents recovering from stroke, neurological disorders, dementia, and other conditions. Educate residents, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
