We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Restorative Nursing Aide/Rehabilitation Technician to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced restorative CNA or you have an interest in CNA school, you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter. This is a hybrid position which promotes a dynamic role involving restorative nursing and rehabilitation technician responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

As a Restorative Nursing Aide/Rehabiliation, you will:

Assist residents with restorative care activities, including range of motion exercises, ambulation, and positioning

Support patients in maintaining functional abilities and maximizing independence

Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams

Observe and report patient progress or changes in condition

Provide high-quality personalized care in accordance with individualized care plans

Safely transport patients in accordance with daily therapy schedules.

Prepare, clean, and maintain therapy equipment to meet operational and hygiene standards.

Assist therapists and residents during sessions, helping with ambulation, exercises, and positioning.

Accurately manage both paper and digital documentation; upload to EMRs (PCC, Net Health, Innova Health).

Run and assist with reports and collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).

Restock therapy supplies daily (e.g., linens, gloves, disinfectant).

Provide clerical support, such as distributing and updating therapy schedules.

Communicate and coordinate with other departments to support patient care and therapy readiness.

Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in all interactions.

What We're Looking For:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Current NJ Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license preferred

Experience in restorative care or rehabilitation setting preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
