Crisis Case Manager

Sumner Mental Health Center, a certified community behavioral health clinic, located in Wellington, Kansas, has an opening for a self-motivated Crisis Case Manager to work in Crisis Services to support individuals through behavioral health case management and follow up coordination. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with experience or an Associate’s Degree; preferably, with experience in crisis services, along with electronic medical record, writing, and communication skills. Work schedule, with some flexibility, is 8 to 5 hours during the work week with occasional on call duties per assignment by Crisis Coordinator.

Background checks required, along with Kansas driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance for use of fleet vehicles.
