Located in the heart of Palm Desert, California, Willow Springs Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to helping residents regain independence and return home after surgery, injury, or illness. We pride ourselves on personalized care, a fully equipped rehab unit, and a vibrant community atmosphere. Our team includes dedicated RNs, CNAs, therapists, and social workers - all working together to support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

What You'll Do

As our new SLP, you'll:

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and therapy goals.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California SLP license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A heart for patient-centered care and teamwork
