• Track Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes, make necessary adjustments to care plans, and document patient development meticulously.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continuing education opportunities or post-graduate certifications encouraged and fully supported.

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
