Job Description

  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, holistic care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families about therapeutic techniques to sustain progress outside the clinic.
  • Track Progress and Adjust Care: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to keep patients on their path to recovery.
Education
  • Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
  • Opportunities for continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.
Certifications
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is necessary.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
