The Cardiopulmonary Therapist delivers full-spectrum respiratory therapy services to emergency patients, inpatients, and outpatients, including high-risk neonates. With the autonomy and respect that comes from being a critical team member in a 25-bed community hospital, your impact will be immediate and deeply felt.

• Perform cardiopulmonary diagnostics and advanced respiratory modalities
• Deliver expert care to patients from NICU to geriatric stages
• Support emergency interventions, including rapid response and code blue events
• Monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot mechanical ventilators
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team across hospital departments
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and ensure CLIA compliance
• Serve as a resource and educator to patients, families, and fellow staff

• Unrestricted license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in Colorado
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Minimum of 2 years experience with diverse RT populations

Preferred Qualifications:

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Experience with neonates and high-risk deliveries
• Familiarity with EPIC systems
• Bilingual in Spanish

• Hourly Pay Range: $34.82 $55.71/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for qualified new hires
