Travel Occupational Therapist - Inpatient

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience to provide inpatient and some outpatient rehab therapy for adults, with potential for pediatric cases.

• Inpatient rehab setting with some outpatient therapy duties
• Majority adult caseload, potential for pediatric outpatients
• Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No call or weekend shifts required
• No holiday shifts, but presence required the day before and after holidays, half-day expected for Christmas Eve
• Use of Epic EMR, Epic experience preferred
• Floating may be required following client policies
• Provide rehab therapy to a primarily adult population with some outpatient and pediatric cases as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy and nursing team
• Orientation and use of Kronos timekeeping with badge required
• Travelers are financially responsible for travel to complete all pre-employment requirements in Minnesota
• All requested time off must be disclosed at submission
• Team support and guidance available for workflow and clinical integration

• Current OTR/L required; license required if applicable
• Minimum of 1 year OT experience
• Experience with inpatient rehab and adult populations preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Must complete MN fingerprinting in person on the Monday prior to start date
• Medical or religious exemption form required for vaccination consideration
• Locals not accepted; candidate must live more than 25-50 miles from the facility
• Former permanent staff must have a 9-month separation before consideration as a traveler
• Maximum of 7 days RTO, with none permitted in the first two weeks
