Occupational Therapist (Provincetown)

The Cape Cod Collaborative is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Provincetown to work part time with students in Collaborative programs..Responsibilities include:

• Performing screening and evaluations to assess student strengths and needs
• Providing written evaluation reports in accordance to mandated special education timelines
• Providing therapy services to students in accordance with student IEPs
• Completing IEP progress notes and reports
• Attending IEP meetings as necessary
• Consulting with evaluation team members and special education teachers
• Assigning, constructing or requesting appropriate adaptive equipment and devices for students and/or classroom and providing training in its usage to appropriate personnel
• Other responsibilities / duties as assigned by Director

Job Requirements
MA licensure in Occupational Therapy
