Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, school-based position in Wellton Hills, Arizona . This district-wide role focuses on serving high school students and supporting their functional and academic growth throughout the school day.

• Work with high school students across multiple district sites

• Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT

• Help students develop skills necessary for school success and post-secondary transitions

• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and support staff to implement effective interventions

• Contribute to IEP planning, documentation, and progress reporting

• Valid Arizona COTA license and IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Experience in school settings or with adolescents preferred

• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills

• Passion for empowering students through therapeutic support
