Are you a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking to make a meaningful impact in a school community? Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time COTA to join an elementary school team in Montgomery, IL . This role offers the chance to support students' growth and independence through creative, purposeful interventions.

In this role, you'll collaborate with a supervising Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to elementary-aged students. Your work will focus on helping students access their education by improving their fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional performance in the school setting.

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising OT

• Deliver direct and indirect services in accordance with students' IEPs

• Assist in modifying classroom materials and environments to meet student needs

• Track progress and document all sessions and communication

• Support student success by working closely with educators and related service staff

• Associates Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Active Illinois COTA license

• Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Passion for helping students achieve their goals
