Sunbelt Staffing is now hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based position in the San Francisco, CA area for the 20252026 academic year . This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate, motivated SLPAs who are passionate about supporting K12 students in an inclusive, collaborative special education environment.

As part of a dynamic school therapy team, youll provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP, helping students reach their communication and academic goals.

• Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) School-Based

• Location: San Francisco, CA and nearby communities

• Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

• Caseload: Elementary school students (supervision provided by district SLP)

• Start Date: August 2025 (Start of school year)

• Contract Type: W-2 Contract for Full 20252026 School Year

• Active California SLPA License

• Bachelors Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred (not required)

• Weekly direct deposit with competitive pay ($35$45/hr based on experience & district rates)
