A K-12 educational setting in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support and intervention services on a contract basis for the upcoming school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify student needs and develop effective, individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based strategies that promote positive student outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze student progress, making data-driven adjustments to interventions as needed.
