A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025/2026 school year to provide services to students in grades K-12 within a K-12 school setting in Stockton, CA. This contract role offers the opportunity to support the communication development of pediatric students in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services in accordance with individual education plans (IEPs) to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations related to speech-language pathology services
Qualifications:
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required
- Availability for the entire 2025/2026 school year
- Previous experience working in schools preferred but not mandatory
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification is a plus
- Ability to provide both direct and indirect services with guaranteed hours
