• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft individualized therapy plans aimed at achieving their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to boost patients motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily life functions
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care that addresses the whole person
• Teach Patients and Families: Provide education on therapy strategies to ensure continued progress outside the therapeutic setting
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatments: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans to guarantee progress stays on target

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
