• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored therapy interventions to help them meet their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply best practices based on evidence to improve patients motor skills, cognitive function, and everyday tasks
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work together with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapy strategies to reinforce progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment to ensure patients stay on track

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continued education or advanced certifications welcomed and financially supported

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
